Bur Oak Land Trust will host the 38th year of Prairie Preview Thursday, March 23 at the Iowa City Senior Center, 28 S. Linn St. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for registration and exhibitor fair. IFC students, staff, and researchers will host their annual legislative breakfast reception on Tuesday, March 28, from 7-9 am at the Iowa State Capitol building in the first-floor rotunda. Legislators and partners are invited to attend a light breakfast and visit with IFC experts about innovative projects providing a direct benefit to help Iowans understand and reduce their flood risk.
